Facilities Management

The NASA HQ Facilities Management Team is responsible for maintaining the facility including building systems such as: heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC), electrical, and plumbing. The NASA HQ Facilities Management Team is also responsible managing building services such as: custodial, electrical, handyman, and moves.

The Facilities Help Desk System is used to request building services, such as too hot/cold, janitorial services, move services, handyman services, electrical services, locksmith services, and signage, as well as to report restroom problems and lights out. To report urgent issues, such as power outages and leaks, please call the Facilities Help Desk on 202-358-HELP (4357), and select option 3.
